10:30 service
All preachers receive a copy of the
Preaching Programme and a letter detailing the nature of the
10:30 service.
The nominated Worship leader will contact
the preacher to discuss the whole service either in the
preceding week or, if a new or visiting preacher, well in
advance of the service.
If necessary, the Worship leader contacts

nominated Service steward
·
the Organist
·
the Readers
·
the Audio visual team
with any special
arrangements.
Readers will have
been arranged beforehand by the Senior Services steward
developing a rota.
The nominated
Services steward should phone the preacher towards the end of
the week to advise of any pastoral issues affecting the
congregation.
When necessary,
the nominated Service steward is responsible for arranging with
the Treasurer suitable travelling expenses for visiting
preachers.
